Two-year limited warranty

TECHOUSE warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date, under normal use and installation in accordance with the applicable product instructions.

Requesting warranty service

Email sales@techouse.ca with proof of purchase, the model and serial number, and a description of the issue. Contact TECHOUSE before returning a product to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.

Remedy

For a verified covered defect, TECHOUSE will arrange repair or replacement. Return arrangements and any charges for an out-of-warranty service will be communicated before work proceeds.

Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or damage from conditions outside the product’s published operating limits. Software, third-party products and services may have separate terms.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory statutory warranty or remedy. Contact our team for support across North America.
