TECHOUSE handles personal information to respond to enquiries, support customers and operate this website. Contact our privacy team at info@techouse.ca with questions or requests.

Information and purposes

When you contact us, we collect the name, company, email address, product selection and message you provide. We use these details to respond, prepare quotations and provide support. Please do not submit passwords, access credentials, facial images or fingerprint records through this website.

Storage and service providers

Website enquiries are recorded in WordPress and routed to sales@techouse.ca. We use Microsoft-hosted business email. Our CRM data is hosted in Canada; the website does not currently send form submissions to the CRM automatically. Hosting, email and other service providers may process information in jurisdictions where they operate. Canadian CRM hosting does not mean that all website or email processing occurs only in Canada.

Browser storage and analytics

The quote list is stored in your browser when local storage is available. A separate preference stores your analytics choice. If optional Google Analytics is enabled, it is loaded only after you accept analytics. It can collect page and product interactions and technical information such as browser and device details. Form contents and contact details are not included in the website’s analytics events. You may change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website.

Sharing and retention

Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information for the stated purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Records are retained for the enquiry, customer relationship and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access or correct your information, raise a concern, or withdraw consent for uses that rely on consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Contact info@techouse.ca. Depending on the circumstances, you may also contact the applicable federal or provincial privacy regulator.

Safeguards and external links

We use access controls and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. External websites, including social media platforms, apply their own privacy policies. We update this policy when our practices change.
